While working at TELUS in 2003, Greg recognized an unprecedented opportunity to develop a Business Continuity Planning / Disaster Recovery program that would offer companies the services and solutions they needed to ensure continued operations in the face of disaster or threat. Alongside his now business partners, Michael Aaron and Guy Netaneli, Greg turned this idea into a salable offering at TELUS.
Realizing there was much more he could do with this vision than the confines of TELUS would allow, Greg left the company in 2004 and founded e-ternity. His goal was to create a company that would utilize professional services and cloud computing, as it’s known today, to offer clients a portfolio of monthly business continuity and disaster recovery services. Greg’s entrepreneurial spirit coupled with his strong leadership skills contributed to e-ternity’s instant and continued success.
Drawing on two decades of business experience, including senior management and executive positions at companies including Ricoh (then Lanier) and EMC Corporation, Greg’s focus within e-ternity includes managing day-to-day business operations, driving revenues from a sales perspective, and providing overall strategic direction for the organization.
With an eye on the latest technologies and a penchant for risk-taking, Greg is recognized as visionary within the industry and is often asked to speak at conferences and events, write articles for business publications, and participate on advisory councils such as Ingram Micro’s Service Advisory Council for Cloud Services and Asigra’s Partner Advisory Council.
